WELCOME
The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting
DECLARATION OF INTEREST –
Cllr Mr D Russell expressed his concern of the 3 near fatal accidents on Wigsley Road / Spalford crossroad junction – he has spoken to the highways and will chase them up.
OPEN SESSION –
One of the parishioners Chris Hudson brought up the issue of the speed of traffic down Chapel Lane. He has spoken to the Lincolnshire Road Safety Scheme regarding some equipment that can be put up the village to try reduce the speed. Information on the fees for the equipment/ bin stickers have to be given to the Parish Council, Chris has provided the link on email – ACTION J KITCHEN
POLICE REPORT –
The police beat team gave their report regarding the theft of tack on Spaldford Road, the theft happened in the middle of the day. The police team will mark any tack for free if you contact them, they will also do a security assessment on the property.
Crimes in the village have dropped 20/30 since last year.

Road Safety scheme – ACTION J KITCHEN
CORRESPONDENCE
North Scarle Primary School send their thanks for the donation of the £200 towards the swimming.
Lincolnshire Central Heating Fund – Leaflets where sent for the parish. Government funding is available to install central heating where none exists, if you own your own home or rent from a private landlord and you receive certain income related benefits. Leaflets have been put in the notice boards around the village.

PRESENTATION
The Chairman and clerk presented Cllr Mrs B Wells MBE with a bouquet of flowers and a letter from the queen for all her hard work of the years.
Mrs M Roe was also presented with a bouquet of flowers for her assistance over the last couple of years.
There being no other business the chairman closed the meeting at 8.28pm
