19/0283/HOUS - Stone Cottage 15 High Street. It was resolved that there were no objections.

17/1199/FUL - Planning Appeal by Mr Stuart Brittain, Land on Eagle Road. Appeal dismissed.
18/1616/FUL - Church Farm, 52 High Street. Amended plans and additional information received. Determined and approved.
18/1733/VARCON - Noble Foods - application to vary condition 5 of approved plans - determined and approved.
19/0198/PNND - Noble Foods. Prior approval for 150kw solar panels.
18/1627/OUT - Land on South Scarle Lane. Determined and approved.

HERITAGE ROOM
Tenant attended the meeting. He expressed concern that the PC were intending signing the lease before NKDC had issued their report on the works that may need to be carried out at the premises. It was agreed that he would chase NKDC for their appraisal/report and resolved that the PC should find out if they are liable for works NKDC had suggested may be needed that has become necessary even though the old lease expired 4 years ago.

PARISH COUNCIL ELECTIONS
Clerk reminded parishioners to bring ID to vote.

TRAFFIC ON SCHOOL LANE
Concerns expressed regarding HGVs on School Lane. PC has obtained "no HGV" signs to be placed at either end of School Lane. PC has received 30mph passive notices from LRSP which will be put up in the village in due course.

RENEWAL OF LALC ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
It was resolved to renew this at a cost of £219.61.

- A schedule of expenses since the previous meeting was circulated to the Parish Councillors - there were no queries. Invoices paid via BACS were signed and counter-signed as approved.

TRANSPORT WORKSHOP
Cllr Honey sent in his report, in his absence, which was read out by the Clerk. He had expressed his concerns about the time wasted waiting for level crossing gates. They had been asked what would aid traffic flow but as the main issue is that everyone has and likes their car, no conclusions could be drawn.

ALLOTMENTS
It was resolved to approve the draft Tenant's Agreement (circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting). It was resolved to agree that allotments should only be available to parishioners of the village.

LCC REPORT
Cllr Thompson had attended the Transport Workshop too. All information will be collated and reported. No formal report but confirmed further repairs on Swinderby Road are scheduled for next year (from April).

DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next meeting will be held on 15th May 2019 with the Annual Parish Meeting on the same date.
